Pre-Vocational Skills

Pre-vocational skills help to prepare learners for success in higher education and in the workplace. These skills include following complex directions, coping skills, time management skills, independent task completion skills and planning and problem-solving skills. In addition to learning the basic skills needed for the workplace.

Inclusion Support

We support students with academic, behavioral, and social skills development inside a school setting, and train and develop school teachers, learning support specialists.

Inclusion program focus on:

• Conducting functional behavior assessment
• Establishing a behavior reduction plan for the teachers
• Visiting the classroom and coach the teachers and other classroom staff to effectively implement the behavior plan
• Modifying school curriculum as needed.
• Modeling the implementation of the intervention plan for the teachers and learning support assistant.
• Setting the individualized goals for the learners

Behavior Reduction Plan

We provide support by creating an individualized behavior reduction plan that is practical and effective aiming to decrease the challenging behaviors

Behavior reduction plan consists of:
• Definition of each of the challenging behaviors
• Function of behaviors
• Proactive strategies to prevent the challenging behaviors from occurring
• Replacement behaviors
• Consequences for each behavior
• Reward system
Other components are added based on each case, the needs and the environment

School Behavior Plan

We provide support in creating an effective behavior reduction plan for addressing any behavioral, academic, or social problems at school

This is done by:
• Conducting a classroom observation
• meetings with teachers and other school professionals
• conducting a functional behavioral assessment
• writing an individualized behavior plan

Individual Education Plan (IEP)

We train and support school with the development and implementation of IEPs
Aiming to promote independence, social skills, academic achievement and other life skills

Teacher’s Training

We provide teacher’s trainings at different schools and nurseries in Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah

Trainings are tailored based on the need of each school, to support the teachers with evidence-based classroom management strategies and behavioral techniques to boost learning and decrease challenging behaviors
