Requirements
- Each participant is required to bring their own device to access and complete the digital digital training materials throughout the course. A laptop or tablet is recommended.
- Participants should wear professional yet comfortable attire, As you will be performing several physical procedures that call for active mobility. Appropriate Attire: Jeans, Jogger Pants, Short- or Long-sleeve T-shirt, Sweatshirt, etc. MUST WEAR CLOSED-TOED, LOW HEEL SHOES. Inappropriate Attire: Shorts, Skirts, Dresses. NO OPEN TOED/HIGH HEELED SHOES.
- Bring water and snacks with you so you can stay alert and focused throughout the entire day.
- Participants are required to engage in many physical movements while practicing the physical procedures and techniques.
- These will involve walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, lunging, and more.
- Stretching is strongly advised both before and during the training day.
